NO REFUND / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATION ONCE ORDER IS PLACED

★ How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days as long as your order does not contain any pre-order item. If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped once all of the item is in stock. We cannot send out only a partial of your order. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
★ How does your in-stock pick up work?
Once you have placed an order, please wait for a confirmation email that indicates that your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come in prior to receiving the email, since our staff will not be able to help you . It should take 1-3 business days for the emails to be sent out , unless your order contains any pre-order item. You cannot pick up only a partial of your order. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
★ Is poster included with any album purchases?
Posters are not included with any album purchases. Poster options will be available soon!
★ If I place a pre-order with you guys, will I receive the pre-order benefits?
As long as your order is placed 24 hours before the actual release date you will be counted in for pre-order benefits. However, there will be times where we only get benefits partially so, please double check with us.
★ I received the wrong item, what should I do?
In this case please do not open the actual item and contact us via Instagram direct message or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the situation. We will help you to settle this problem as soon as possible.
★ The order got returned to the store?
In this case, we will not be responsible for orders being returned due to incorrect shipping address or delivery failure due to absent of the customers of the delivery. If the shipping carrier is not able to deliver a package as a result of incorrect addresses or any undeliverable circumstances, it will be sent back to the senders or at some cases local postal office will hold onto your package. ( Please, check with your postal office, if they have the package) If for any reasons, the shipment has been sent back to the sender, there will be additional shipping cost for it to be shipped out again. Due to in need of new label for the package in order to be sent out with correct information. Or in another case where the item has been returned more than once, order will be cancelled and the customers will be only be able to receive the product fee excluding the shipping fee.
★ Does your album count towards Hanteo and Gaon Chart?
Yes , it gets counted towards both chart !
